All yachts entering in PHRF and Multihull classes must submit a current rating certificate with the entry form. Entries submitted without a certificate will not be accepted.

Be sure to plan ahead and allow sufficient time for mailing and processing!

PHRF Certificates

PHRF rating certificates are issued by U.S. PHRF of Southeast Florida. Instructions for completing and submitting the Rating Application form are within the forms on the website. For more information, e-mail info@phrfsef.com .

A valid certificate issued by another PHRF area is acceptable. The rating is subject to adjustment by the Columbus Day Regatta Rating Committee to ensure equitable with local ratings.
